The homeowners had a pretty clear vison for their basement space. More useable room for their three children, an extra bathroom, a home gym and an added bedroom. We even managed to incorporate the doors from the home owners childhood home.

We took a non enclosed, covered deck and turned it into a 4 season enclosed sun porch. Now the whole family can stay warm and cool year round in this much more efficient space.

This project required some heavy lifting to get more head room! We altered the roof pitch with a re-frame and weatherproofing, and added a vaulted ceiling in the existing bathroom.
